How is ProxMedia's ad management different?

We measure booked jobs, not clicks. Most agencies report on impressions, CTR, and CPC — vanity metrics. We report on cost-per-lead and (where possible) cost-per-booked-job.

Do I need a website first?

Yes. We don't run ads to a weak site — the spend gets wasted on a page that doesn't convert. If your site needs work, we'll fix that first.

What's the minimum ad budget?

We recommend at least $500/month in ad spend for Google or Meta to gather enough data to optimize. Below that, you're guessing.

Do you do both Google and Meta?

Yes. For most service businesses we recommend starting with Google (intent-based) and adding Meta once Google is profitable.

How long until I see results?

Google Ads can produce leads in week one. Meta usually takes 2–4 weeks to dial in targeting. Either way, expect a 30–90 day optimization window before campaigns are at peak efficiency.
